Fact: Youths transferred to adult criminal court have significantly higher rates of re-offending and a greater likelihood of committing subsequent felonies than youths who remain in the juvenile justice system. They are also more likely to be victimized, physically and sexually.

This site is about seeing Justice for 11 year old Jordan Brown. Please read the links to your left and learn about what is happening with Jordan. The police have a 7 year old witness who didn't witness the actual shooting itself. Many have already convicted the boy, some media, some just average people.
Truth is what happened was a tragedy for Kenzie Houk. No one knows what happened exactly. In the American Legal System, that means he's innocent until proven guilty.
No matter what happened Jordan Brown should not be tried as an adult. He is an 11 year old boy. It is a tradgedy that 2 lives have already been lost. Jordan is 11, most adults cannot comprehend the legal system let alone a child.
Pennsylvania with 350+ does not lead the nation- they lead the world in locking up "children" with no chance of parole, ever. We are only followed by Isreal the only other county, and they only have 7.
This is America and in 2009 our legal system should be about justice. Justice should be for everyone. There is no justice in trying Jordan Brown as an adult.
Locking up Jordan Brown is not going to "protect" anyone. Instead, we have to look at what to do. Locking Jordan away will not fix anything or bring anyone back. We do however have experts in this country. We have people with training and education that could rehabilitate and help Jordan Brown.
He is an 11 year old child. Not an Adult. This site is to help bring awareness around about Jordan Brown, about trying an 11 year old as an adult. Remember, Jordan probably can't even spell "consecutive or concurrent."
Like my 11 year old- he probably thinks "criminal code" means a secret language that criminals use to talk to each other.
Hopefully soon, someone will start a legal fund for Jordan and information will be available to donate.
For now, send your prayers to his family, the Krause's and to the Brown's and to the Houk's. All of it is a sad tragic event. And especially send your prayers to Jordan. He is 11 and needs every prayer he can get. No matter what you think- he is a child, so send a prayer to God for him.
